A Best Friend of Mine as an Anime Character

I was inspired to create a character based after a good friend of mine, but as I worked on my new character she ended up looking like my best friend. Heheh! The head is a little too big, and I wasn't too efficient at the side view (or, I guess more 3/4 profile view). I had one view of the body in mind, but then another view of her got mixed up as I worked on her. Essentially, I couldn't make up my mind... Aside from that, I'm satisfied with this piece. The dress takes characteristics of vintage overalls, and the wings are those of a raven's. The background is inspired by a book cover to my copy of To Kill a Mockingbird, only I added a cemetery instead of just silhouette grass and a tree, and a yellow-ish sky (It's more of a mango here, but I'm sure you get the idea).
