Pancake, Melwood, and Iris; at Bagel Kiss Cafe

This is a scene based on an original novel I've been writing.
My original characters, Pancake, Iris and Melwood (from left to right), at their hometown's local vintage coffee shop, Bagel Kiss. Pancake challenges her two friends to face her together in a game of Chess.
Some things in this were new for me, specifically the Chessboard with the pieces and the flower in the glass of water.
